Microdermabrasion

Do you ever look in the mirror and wish that your face had a more even skin tone? If you answered yes, you may want to consider microdermabrasion. This non-invasive treatment gently exfoliates your skin. After a series of treatments, your complexion can appear smoother, brighter, and more even in color.

The microdermabrasion that a dermatologist performs differs from the one that you can do at home with a kit. A dermatologist treatment goes a bit deeper into the skin. Still, the procedure is safe for all skin colors.

Microdermabrasion appeals to many patients. They like that they can see more youthful skin without having downtime.

  • Dull complexion.

  • Uneven skin tone or texture.

  • Age spots.

  • Dark spots that can appear when acne starts to clear.

  • Melasma.

Dermatologists also use microdermabrasion to improve the results gained from using anti-aging products and skin-bleaching products. Microdermabrasion allows these products to penetrate the skin more easily.

  • Is laser hair removal painful?
Soprano Titanium laser hair removal machine provides you with a virtually pain-free method of hair reduction leaving you with silky smooth skin.
  • How many laser hair removal sessions will I need?
In your consultation your hair and skin will be fully assessed. Typically we recommend a minimum of six to eight sessions, possibly more on resistant areas such as the face and the private area.
  • What is laser hair removal?
Laser hair removal is a non-invasive technique that uses highly concentrated light to penetrate hair follicles. The laser light is absorbed by the pigment in the hair shaft in the follicle-generating heat which damages the follicle to inhibit future hair growth.
  • Is laser hair removal safe and permanent?
Soprano Titanium is the safest procedure available for laser hair removal, also approved by the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) for all skin types (including tanned skin). The type of hair laser hair removal works best on is mid brown, dark brown and black hairs. Laser will not work on fair, blonde, red or grey hairs.Although laser hair removal reduces the number of unwanted hairs in a given area, it doesn't get rid of them completely. When the hair grows back, they will be finer, lighter, and fewer in number.
  • When will I notice results?
Most people start to see their hair fall out between seven to ten days after their laser hair removal session. The hair follicles in the targeted areas are damaged with each laser session. Once the hair follicles are damaged, they release the hairs they were growing, and they can’t grow any more hairs. The number of sessions required will depend on the person’s skin type, hair color, and thickness. The darker the hair and the lighter the skin, the fewer sessions will be required. However, you should keep in mind that you will definitely need multiple sessions per targeted area because the laser can only destroy hair follicles in the active growth phase. Unfortunately, hair follicles in the same treatment area are in different stages at the same time.
